Adolph Kuhlig of Milwaukee, Corporal (provost guard) was slightly wounded at Gettysburg. He was wounded in the foot and head at Kenesaw Mountain on June 22, 1864. He was a member of Robert Chivas Post No. 2, G.A.R. Adolph was a member of Twenty-Sixth Regiment Association. He attended the dedication of the regimental monument at Gettysburg in 1888.
